Listing Price – As Realtor I use the most updated sales information and provide you with recently sold properties in the property area, sorted by subdivision, type of sale (standard, short sale or foreclosure) this information is useful to determine property listing price, If a property is very unique and it is difficult to find comparable sales – pre-sale appraisal will be good idea, – remember when the price too high and house sits too long on the market, buyers start wonder what is wrong with it.
Property Marketing – I utilize different marketing tactics: open house, going door to door in the property area, post listing to “Multiple Listing Service”, post to various real estate web sites, send listing to all my contacts in the database which include realtors, investors and potential buyers, – making your home available to every agent and buyer. I will schedule appointments with potential buyers to show them property, as the agents will be using Sentrilock to secure access to your house.
